Pyongyang seeks background

Seoul - North Korea, faced with new UN sanctions over nuclear probe in May and a series of launch rockets, said yesterday that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a delegation to China, which applies to its main supporters and allies. The delegation headed by deputy foreign minister.
