Logitech buys again
Logitech plans to buy the company, LifeSize Communications, which manufactures high-definition video equipment and the $ 405 million in cash. Logitech, whose business focuses mostly on Web cameras hopes that in this way be able to offer systems for video communication. LifeSize has a whole range of users including a large number of business users who want to install in their meeting halls and there is a large number of small and medium enterprises, health centers and government agencies.
