North Korea ready to negotiate

Seoul, Washington - North Korea announced tonight that it is ready to consider the return of six-nation talks on its nuclear program.
State leadership, however, pointed out that the continuation of negotiations will depend on the progress of the planned bilateral talks with the United States, reported the Bi Bi Si.
Two of Korea, China, the United States, Japan and Russia participate in the six countries negotiating North Korea that left at the beginning of the year. After that she performed a second nuclear test, despite strong international criticism.
Negotiations were commenced in 2003. , but since then not much progress, recalled Bi Bi Si.
