ZDNet accused of piracy

Solid Oak Software has filed the first lawsuit the court when it comes to Chinese thieves software code and against CBS Interactive. This company has filed a lawsuit over the distribution of software that contains program code stolen from the CyberSitter software that filters the contents of which are unfit for children. The Chinese government company Jinhua Computer System Engineering created the Green Dam Youth Excort software that keeps children from inappropriate content to this software by order of the Chinese government was distributed to all computers that are prodjau in China. The problem with Solid Oak is as ZDNET China (part of CBS Interactive) offers a free download of the software.
