Russia opens up another military base in Kyrgyzstan

Representatives of Russia and Kyrgyzstan have reached an agreement today on the opening of the new, the second, the Russian military base in the former sovjetskoj Republic and the USA have a military aviation base.

According to the terms of the joint memorandum, which was signed at the meeting in Čolpon-more, Russia will be able to significantly increase the number of troops in Kyrgyzstan in the next 49 years, on how the contract applies.

The memorandum says that the Russian army will be zaduđena for the protection of the sovereignty of Kyrgyzstan, as well as undertaking the attack against international terrorist groups.

The final version of the agreement on the construction of another Russian base, as agreed, will be signed until the end of November. For now, we are not mentioned on the site which will be built databases, or the number of Russian soldiers who will be stationed in it, but it is indicative that it could be a battle.

The memorandum also mentioned that the Russian troops in Kyrgyzstan able to get diplomatic status, which means that they would be exempted from the rules of the local legislation.

The preliminary agreement was signed on the margins of the meeting the leaders of Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tadđikistana, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan who gathered Friday in the two-day summit of the Common security in the Kyrgyz city of Čolpon-t.
